1 It is very important that you buy a trip cancellation insurance.
2 Read the cruise documents way before the date for the cruise comes and look for info like guidelines and so on.
3 Call the airline and check for crucial info like flight arrival and departure times.
4 Make sure that you are present at the airport at least 2 hours before the flight.
5 Bring only things that you need with you and make sure that you minimize your luggage. Be prepared to get searched and make sure that you do not bring sharp objects such as scissors, knives, clippers and so on.
6 Put some tags with your name, your address and contact info on all of the bags and luggage that you have.
7 Make sure that you have all the required IDs on you. Never store your ID or passport in your luggage!
8 The same goes for all the medicine and drugs that you bring with you. They should be on you all the time.
9 When you least expect it expect the unexpected! Be prepared for some delays…
